A blend of the best naturally processed beans from the birthplace of the coffee; Ethiopia. Wonderful fruity aroma, high acidity with crisp flavors of blueberry, followed by a finish of mild cocoa. Lighter body, works well with or without milk.
Grind size is optimized for drip, pour over and percolator filtered coffee. Particles are at an average size to compensate for most in-home brewing systems.
This coffee from Ethiopia has slight notes of blueberry and blackcurrant, giving it a light fruity aroma and taste. Would be great paired with fruit pastries or anything containing chocolate to bring out the coffee’s natural cocoa finishes.

Once the samples arrive at our facility, we visually analyze the quality of the raw product. We do a moisture content of said beans. Next we roast 100 gram samples on our sample roaster, let the coffee rest for a day and then cup the coffees.
