Coffee Simple Syrup

This unique syrup adds the distinctive coffee flavor to a favorite cocktail.

1 cup brewed coffee, cold or at room temperature (the stronger the better)

1 cup brown sugar

Combine coffee and brown sugar in a small saucepan.  Stir over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour into a jar or container and refrigerate.  Use as desired to flavor cocktails.
