¼ cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbs Ground Coffee
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Aleppo Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Dry Mustard
2-4 strip steaks
Heat Grill. Remove steak from refrigerator at least 30 mins prior to grilling.
Combine ingredients and rub generously over both sides of steaks.
Grill on high for 5 minutes each side (internal temp should reach 140 degrees)
Remove from grill and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
